Close to two thousand people will come revved up to shop for the holidays at one of the City’s largest annual craft fairs, which comes to Franklin Street’s Brooklyn Expo Center in December.

For just $3 admission, visitors can browse and buy handmade items from more than 200 vendors at The Bust Holiday Craftacular, curated by pop-culture and feminist magazine, Bust. The weekend extravaganza, to be held December 6 and 7, will feature a range of goods including knitwear, home décor, specialty foods, and jewelry.

“The event was started by the founders of the magazine to support DIY (do-it-yourself) culture and DIY and crafting has been a big part of Bust’s identity,” said Melissa Thornton, the events and promotions coordinator at the magazine. “We’re really excited to have it in an up and coming neighborhood like Greenpoint and with the great restaurants and shopping in the area we can be sure to get lots of traffic for the event.”
